SSC GD PET PST Date Out:-
SSC has announced the date of GD Physical Exam. SSC GD Physical Exam will be conducted from 20th Aug
2025 to 11th Sept 2025.Applicants who have passed the exam should continue their preparing for the
physical exam. Admit cards for Physical Exam will be issued in August.

Physical Eligibility: Height, Weight & Chest:-
SSC GD physical test 2025,requirements for height, weight and chest are different for male and female applicants. Applicants need to fulfil the physical eligibility of height and weight. The shortlisted candidates meet the required physical eligibility such as chest, weight, and height.

Weight Requirement:-
The physical standards of male and female candidates, weight are also verified in the physical test. The weight of applicants should be according to their height and age as per the medical standards.
Chest Measurement:-
There is no chest measurement for female applicants. The chest of female candidates is well developed, as per the official notification. Male candidates need to have the following chest measurements:
- Un-expanded Chest – 80 cm
- Minimum expansion – 5 cm

SSC GD DME /DV 2025 Details
The Details for SSC GD: Medical Examination (DME)/ Document Verification (DV) will be conducted along with the PET/ PST round. The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) will conduct the DV/ DME/ RME round for the applicants who cleared the Physical Test. Physical and Medical fitness will be examined under the SSC GD DME in terms of Uniform Guidelines for recruitment Medical Examination for GOs and NGOs in CAPFs and AR.
During the SSC GD DV round, applicants need to provide the required documents at the CRPF centre. Applicants need to carry the following documents for the SSC GD DME/ DV round:
- Matriculation/ Secondary Examination Certificate to prove age, name and educational qualification.
- Domicile Certificate/ Permanent Resident Certificate.
- Valid NCC Certificate, if applicable.
- Certificate from serving defence personnel.
- Undertaking from Ex-Servicemen applicants.
- Caste Certificate, if applicable
- Certificate from those applicants who wish to avail relaxation in height/ chest measurement.
- Certificate from District Collector/ District Magistrate in respect of dependent applicants of riot victims
- Nativity/ Identity Certificate by West Pakistani Refugee
Final Result 2025:-
The final result of SSC GD 2025 will be released by the Staff Selection Commission. Applicants who qualified in the PET/ PST followed by the Detailed Medical Examination/ Document Verification will be declared pass in the exam. The SSC GD result 2025 will mention category-wise.
